This debut album from Boi Soulja is destined to be an underground classic and he is on the way to becoming one of the best out of the sunshine state. Rapping with passion and conviction, his southern drawl and unmistakable voice is like no other in the rap game today and has caught the attention of several industry executives.

The first single "Its all on You" is an infectiously catchy club track, and is accompanied by Serious Smoke, another emerging artist out of Palm Beach County. The second single "With You" features J More, the R&B product whose voice easily helps win the ladies over while Boi Soulja professes that he has seemed to have found the woman of his dreams.

However, "Hustla at Work" does not stray away from the street life issues that inspired the album title, there are some excellent songs on this album, such as "Coke Capi", "What chu need" (one of the best tracks on the album), "You Feel Me", "P.B.C", and the title track "Hustla at Work'"

For the club hoppers there is the gentleman club inspired "Prove it to Me", "I got Next" and "Camel Toe". If its dance tracks you're after, you'll also like "Get Inside Them", but this being a more introspective album there's not much room for dancing.

Boi Soulja rhymes and voice makes you think of him like no other artist. This CD is a must for anyone that likes hip hop or R&B.
