November is a collection of traditional and original songs of Celtic origin and influence. Instrumentation includes vocals, guitar, whistles, flute, bowed stings, mandolin, banjo and bagpipes. November signals the Celtic Winter, a beginning to the Celtic year. It also proved to be the month that many of these songs were first written. Late autumn is a time of reflection. These days are short and the weather turns cold providing us with the perfect opportunity to look back and remember, embracing the memories of the waning year. Such are many of the songs on this album.
