Debut CD by San Francisco Bay Area pop/noise trio combines catchy melodies, crunchy guitars, boy-girl harmonies, and caffeinated beats. "Jungle Gym" starts off the CD with its sing-song melody and fun tempo. "Nerdy Girl" combines the falsetto of singer/bassist Chris Groves and the Japanese lyrics of guitarist/singer Miyuki Jane Pinckard to tell the tale of a bookworm's crush on Mr. Popular. Drummer Chris Wetherell pounds away strong and steady through the album, bringing the band up to a frenetic pace in "Fallout", and propelling them through the hooks and beats of the closing track, "Green."
