The long-awaited new album by Corrinne May "Safe in a Crazy World" features 10 new songs from the pianist and singer-songwriter. The album has more of the touching piano ballads Corrinne is known for, such as "Safe in a Crazy World", "Everything in its Time" and "Every Beat of My Heart". There is also a Birthday Song for those who dread the thought of growing older, simply titled "The Birthday Song" However, the standout track in this album is one simply titled "Free". A lovely gem of a pop song with a serious anthem of a chorus.
