Relaxation - Spa - Healing - Reiki Solo Instrumental Music: Winter Mornings - The reason why this new age CD was titled Winter Morning is because the inspiration for every song came to Shirley only during those winter mornings hours while she was looking at all the snow from her studio window. The beauty of winter outside made the music just flow out of her.

Shirley found that by getting up at 5:30 a.m. in the morning to record the music is the best time for inspiration for this Winter CD because "thinking" consciousness is not awake. She just recorded what the creative universe wants her to. Recording Winter Mornings was truly an artistic experience in that she left herself at the studio door entrance & just let the music take over inside .
